I have used Site Overlay for quite a while. It always astounds me that, while we do our best to plan how people will navigate the site before we launch, site overlay always, always supplies us with some interesting insights into how people actually navigate the site. For example, on one client site, we added a "comparison models" page almost as an afterthought. Guess what - that became one of our most visited pages.
