I guess your reason to stay away from MSN (which is valid!) is one of the reasons why we continue to experiment in that space: a lot of advertisers don&#039;t like the interface, therefore MSN has less competitive. Sure, there is less competition but less traffic. We usually view MSN as supplemental traffic to our main search efforts. I agree with you, their interface is very clunky.

After they first rolled out their search advertising product, I tried it with a national advertising client of mine, and it was a complete nighmare.  Because the usability was horrible, I basically stay away from MSN.  With that said, on the flip side, I think one reason why the average cost per clicks are lower on MSN is directly related to less advertisers wanting to use thier product because of the less than desirable site usability.
