@Joshua, if there is search volume for your keywords, then yes, I would add them to Shopzilla. It can't really hurt too much to try and advertise on shopzilla, you pay per click, so any traffic you get should be qualified. I'd give it a try!

How would Shopzilla be for a small business with a 4 product product line, with no competition/competitors?

Hi Shailesh, once you sign up for an account you will get all of the information you need to submit a feed and what the header should look like.

Shopzilla is PPC based. I will say though that they do increase their bid prices by 25% for the holidays. So it may be more expensive now than it would be over the summer. But it's still a great source of revenue for us. Definitely worth trying!

Hi Amber,

It seems like Shopzilla.com is a good product but their website doesn't seem to be effective at communicating that simple fact. There is no guide for newbies like me trying to set up an account to upload products.

Do you know what file formats they take? Specially, what the header needs to look like in the Excel file.

Additionally - would you know if their PPC is a bid system such as AdWords?

Just trying to figure this thing out before I make a decision.

Great summary about ShopZilla.com. I've been trying to get a feed for my client up for several months, but one technical obstacle after another...

This post might just light a fire under them!

Thanks!

We're using Shopzilla for a client of ours and it’s working wonders for us! It’s definitely a different method of ppc advertising when you compare it to Google and Yahoo, but you’re still paying per click. It’s a great way for retailers to boost their ROI for sure!
