I can only comment on what our Yahoo rep has been telling us. We've been working with him for a few years now so he's pretty reliable. He said they've been making a lot of tweaks and changes to their content network trying to improve results. He even asked us if we would turn on the CN for accounts that don't currently have it running to try it again now they have made changes.
