I just came across some new software (StatsJunky) that automates tracking of ppc and affiliate networks. I currenlty have ~ 10 different adwords accounts with almost 200 campaigns, and about 10 different affiliate networks, all on one screen. Saves me hours every day.

Actually, you are able to have automated reports in Yahoo. If you run a report, you can click the "Save Configuration" button (top-middle page). After that, you can find a link that says "Saved Report Views" at the top left-side of the page under the dashboard, campaigns, reports, and administration tabs. Once there, you can edit the report settings and customize the frequency of how often the report is ran and you can also set the report to email it to you automatically. The one drawback is that you cannot specify what email address to send it to, so it will send it to the one your login was created with. A way around this is to add another user with a separate login with the new email address.
