The article you pointed to by Greg is the local listings on Google Local pages that were being sold in two test markets - not LBAs. You can't make a new LBA right now; but if you currently have LBAs they are running and none of my accounts running them have been notified and my rep said they aren't going away as well. Just seeing if there's some confusion here. Are you sure LBAs are going away?
