As you mention this is a vibrant and growing area. Bilingual (Spanish-English) landing pages, news releases, blogs, and Spanish language PPC are all interesting pursuits. Our belief is that short of complete website translations, creation of Spanish language mini-websites (some subset of the existing English language version) is a reasonable way to start out.
