		<description>Joe, you are the man.  I just spent a half an hour trying to figure out what an assist was in YSM.  They have NO definition whatsoever.  All they have is a small blurb description upon mouseover (which confused me more than anything else).  Then I went to google (ironic huh?) to find out what it was, and here I am.  Thanks again Joe, it not only helped me out, but gave me a great strategy to follow in my new found land of PPC marketing.</description>
