There's either a giant flaw in the system or giant con going on. EG I've selected for my ads to only appear in Australia, but if I use the google.com.au search engine they don't appear. On the other hand if I use the generic google.com site then they do appear. That's hardly geo targetting. It's the complete opposite. Unfortunately geo targetting doesn’t work.
