It could very well have been a bug on my end. With that said, I'm with you John. I'm a PC, and I too am afraid of Vista. @ John

I'm running an XP machine, and it downloaded, updated and run just fine. Granted, I haven't tried to download/upload any of my large accounts yet - but so far, so good. I didn't want to wait on hold for ten hours and I knew our Google Rep. wouldn't be any help so I just uninstalled it, and reinstalled the latest version and now I have no problems.
