Deleting your present account and starting from scratch will remove your current history. But keep in mind, if you have the new account the exact same as the old account, (same set up and ad group grouping etc) more than likely you're quality score will not improve just b/c you've set up a brand new account. You need to make sure you take the necessary steps to improve your overall quality score. Then your old history shouldn't bog down your new quality score.

Thanks!

Hi

Does deleting my present account and creating a new account with adwords will create a new account history for me. Or it will consider my present history with my adwords account for my keywords and ads in the new account.

[...] Over the past six months I have been putting a lot of time and effort into building a keyword list for a client. This client operates within a niche market and is geo-targeted tightly to a specific metro area. One day I began conducting additional keyword research and suddenly realized that I wasn’t sure in which direction to head. I had keyword block, much like writer’s block.
How about using KeywordSpy? - This will give you an opportunity to immediately track down your competitors and gather keywords for the promotional campaign of your online business. It offers Free trials.

KeywordSpy is keyword research technology where you can also earn and even surpass what your competitors are making with Google Adwords and Overture. KeywordSpy gives you the key to their success: a good ad-campaign with the right keywords.

It also has a ClickBank Affiliates Search Engine where you can see the actual market landscape at ClickBank.
