I would suggest trying to convert your original file in yahoo again and see if that helps. Be sure you're not taking the converted file from the converted campaign file column and not the comments column. The comments column will give you the exact same file you downloaded from Google but with comments/recommendations of things you need to change in order to get a successful spreadsheet ready for Yahoo.
