I agree with these changes, But my question is, some time i feel there is no business or less business in market,This is reason we are spending more with out converting.(am i right? i don't know)
Some time even at low bid rates and 6th 7th position we get good business deals.
I cannot understand this mystery.
Please explain........................

Working client side I never really paid attention to budget. It was all relative to performance, if the ROI was good, scale if it was not good then pull back. Agency side, budget is key with roughly 1/3 of my clients and is something a topic that I discuss with 2/3's. Great article like the site exclusions and negatives the most. The more creative you can get with negatives / match type etc the better!

I agree with making small changes first. This way you can test anything properly. If any small thing you did turned out to be good, then retain the idea, but if its otherwise then discard. Sometimes the small details really matter.
