I'm wondering if this topic could be in need of an update. I only recently have a campaign that would benefit from both placement targeting and geographic targeting and as far as I can tell, I am able to set up both in my client's campaign. I have not tested it yet.

I can't seem to find anything online or in google help that answers the question, 'can you target a campaign geographically and then also do placement targeting and have the geographic settings apply to these placements in the content network?'
