1) Assistant Director of Marketing plays an essential role in the marketing department and is primarily responsible for implementing a range of marketing communications strategies to achieve key performance indicators for a portfolio of academic programs

2) Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, strong follow through, approach marketing strategies holistically, and demonstrates excellent communication skills.

3) Oversee implementation of marketing strategies and tactics to attract prospective students for a portfolio of academic programs with the goal of generating inquiries and converting them into applicants

4) Own the day-to-day relationships with the academic program and enrollment management teams in fulfilling marketing requests in a timely manner and proactively communicating marketing updates

5) Work in close collaboration with the marketing analyst, other analytics teams, and social media team in communicating campaign performance reports and adjusting tactics accordingly 

6) Work in close collaboration with the creative team in developing and implementing digital and traditional marketing communications campaigns

7) Develop eye-catching advertising copy to generate leads and utilize A/B testing tools to validate campaign effectiveness

8) Help coordinate content creation with the intent to position the programs as thought leaders in respective industries and develop tactics to distribute the content via appropriate advertising channels

9) Help manage relationships with third-party vendors, communicate the marketing strategies established for each program, discuss tactical execution, and provide feedback

10) Manage information flow between marketing and enrollment management for event creation and communication, and prospect leads

Preferred Qualifications


1) Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
