We are looking for applicants with SEM Search Engine Marketing experience, managing Pay Per Click (PPC) Accounts in Google & Bing, who can jump right in without training.

Job Duties:

This is an at home position, with one all-company meeting per month in SE Denver. However you must live in Colorado.

You will be responsible for assigned client accounts and customer service to those clients. Primary duties include:

PPC Monitoring– Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising is a key part of our SEM efforts. You will execute and measure the effectiveness of paid search strategies for multiple clients at a time. Monitor monthly spend of assigned clients to ensure each client is staying within monthly budgets. bid management, ad creation, analyze campaign results to help clients get the maximum ROI, looking at dayparts, search funnels, geography, site links, ad position and more.

Monthly Reports– You will pull various charts and reports and compile the information into Client-Ready reports during the first half of each month. These reports quantify our Internet marketing efforts on a monthly basis and are reviewed with the Doctors at their monthly conference call with a ProspectaMarketing executive.

Lead Reporting– one unique service provided by ProspectaMarketing is the ability to track the search and conversion path through to actual patient dollars generated. This requires careful review of the leads tracked by the practices and the subsequent matching of our online analytical data to these individual leads. This allows us to track, down to the search engine and keyword used, the profitability of our SEM efforts, and to then refine these efforts on an individual client basis.

Client Contact–You will be the day-to-day contact for the administrative staff of the assigned client practices. This will include training new staff on lead tracking, continual contact with the staff to ensure tracking is being done, as well as any trouble-shooting when needed. Contact will be primarily in the form of e-mails but also some phone calls.

Whisper Call Monitoring– we provide a service whereby an online marketing phone number will appear on the client’s site which not only allows recordings of the calls but also provides us with useful online analytical information (search engine and keyword used). You will train assigned clients on the use of this tool as well as monitor the call recordings to help determine the type of the call (lead type) for those not coded by the practices. This entails listening quickly to the incoming calls and coding as necessary.

New Client Training– as new clients are signed and ready to start, a 90-minute training session is required to introduce our SEM efforts to the key players at the practice. This also involves training these key players on their day-to-day duties in relation to our lead tracking and new prospect call handling. You will train, along with the Client Manager, via a teleconference.


Virtual Office: You will work from the convenience of your own home office via the internet and telephone. You will attend one monthly all company training meeting in SE Denver. The employee will provide their own quiet home office, high speed internet connection, a good working computer and phone. The cost for an additional dedicated phone line will be supplied, if needed.

Schedule: ProspectaMarketing works to provide a family-friendly work environment that offers ongoing flexibility to set your own schedule for work hours during the day and for time away as needed. This is a full time position-40 hours per week. Hours in excess of 40 hours will require prior approval. The office is open Monday through Friday. ProspectaMarketing is closed on Sundays and encourages all employees to reserve the day for family and church.
