The Sales Business Development Manager (SBDM) generates new business opportunities and sales by working in conjunction with the RentPath sales channels to identify partnerships with management companies, ownership groups and individual properties/assets.
The SBDM will identify and execute sales development strategies through a consultative sales approach to scale RentPath’s Search and Social advertising business, which is forecast to grow over 100% this year and is led by two former Google Real Estate leaders. This role will report into the Enhanced Services Sales Director and will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as National Account Managers (NAM), Regional Account Managers (RAM), RSDs, product management team, property management executives, etc.
This role will cover half of the NAM accounts and half of the RAM accounts.
Role Expected Outcomes:
The SBDM will be expected to consistently deliver outcomes for the following areas:
? Consistent achievement of sales business development goals, objectives, and KPI’s.
? Proactive in managing book of business and pipeline/funnel.
? Seen as a strategic selling partner in digital marketing solutions in the rental housing industry.
? Stakeholder (internal and external) relationships are built and maintained.
? Demonstrated success with B2B and digital marketing solution selling with proper
? Demonstrated ability to build and manage key internal and external relationships through a
consultative and collaborative approach.
? Command of data based selling skills pertaining to results generated through the service being offered and how it would be translated to client benefit
? Demonstrated experience in evangelizing the need for performance marketing solutions
