We are seeking a B2B performance marketing expert, a true practitioner with 3+ years of paid media experience, to join our ad operations team, execute advertising campaigns for clients through our platform, and collaborate with Product on further automation of ad optimization workflows.


As a Senior Ad Operations Analyst you will support our Enterprise Customer Success Managers, who will be the primary point of contact for clients working behind the scenes supervising our AI, launching campaigns, and scaling clients paid media campaigns across channels. 


The ideal candidate (not all required):


  • Background working with SaaS or B2B tech companies.
  • Growth-minded, hungry to learn, and excited to manage 6+ figures/month in ad spend. 
  • 3+ years of experience running Facebook, Linkedin, or Google Ads for clients.
  • Obsessed with paid advertising, learning, and consuming any resource you can get. 
  • Expertise with ABM and marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail - ability to spot trends and pivot strategically. 
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or LinkedIn Ads certified.  
  • Measurement savvy, familiar with UTM parameters, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. 
  • Self-starter familiar with working in a start-up environment - able to thrive under pressure. 
  • Proactive team player with top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
