She is on the board of the Paid Search Association, an international speaker, and regular columnist at Search Engine Journal and Search Engine Land.

Aside from her day to day tasks of being a feedback loop for the industry into the Microsoft Product team, she loves helping people and volunteers for women and LGBTQ+ empowerment non-profits.
