Tom’s role as Vice President of Revenue at Hanapin is to lead both the Sales and Client Services teams toward continued growth and retention. This means identifying individual prospect needs and building strategies that resonate while setting the right expectations. Prior to joining Hanapin, he spent 8 years in outside sales management and team development where he was recognized as New Territory Manager of the Year, Sales Growth Champion and District Sales Manager of the year.
Tom’s experience in building and scaling a Sales team from scratch has helped propel Hanapin to 5x growth while repeatedly landing on the Inc. 5000 list and record-breaking client retention.
