    Great video indeed, CRO is certainly becoming more and more important. By the way, I hate to be pedantic but ‘fewer’ problems not ‘less’.

      haha, thanks Neil! Also, I’m not sure any sentence with the word “‘Mo” in it should be grammatically dissected, but you’re right! Problems is a plural, so fewer is grammatically correct. However, less sounds more street. :-P
