Help PPCHero Support the Red Cross National Disaster Relief Fund

November 1st, 2008 | Amber | PPC Hero News

Red Alert

The American Red Cross desperately needs everyone’s help to support the National Disaster Relief Fund.  You can help the victims of thousands of disasters across the country each year, disasters like the Hurricanes of 2008, by making a financial gift to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. Your financial contributions will help provide victims of disasters shelter, food, counseling and other assistance that is needed.

I’m sure our PPC readers are aware of some of the recent natural disasters like hurricanes in the south, the Tsunami, earthquakes in China and even the flooding here in the midwest. The Red Cross plays an integral part in bringing support and much needed services to those that experienced the most severe losses from the recent disasters.

As part of our pro bono work, Hanapin Marketing was able to offer daily updates to The Red Cross’s web site to help the local chapter communicate with their volunteers and the community regarding local service delivery sites and shelters, fundraising for flood victim relief efforts, hotline info, pictures of the areas affected, and general updates of the flood relief efforts. We now make design and content updates to the American Red Cross site free of charge as part of our ongoing pro bono work.

As loyal readers and fans of PPC Hero we ask that you help out the Red Cross and those affected by the natural disasters by going to the American Red Cross site and making a donation. Thank you in advance!
