James has been working in paid media since 2011, starting client-side at STA Travel before moving to agency side at iProspect, ThoughtShift (a small boutique agency in Brighton) and is now heading up Paid Media at iCrossing - a large Independent agency owned by Hearst. Having experience both brand and agency side, this has given James a unique blend of experience to draw from. He is passionate about creating strategies for clients that are commercially grounded and delivered on a large scale, yet born from the outside-the-box thinking that small budgets require. James' work has been nominated for many honours, including The Drum Search Awards and the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s award for Best Use of Digital Marketing.
