Voting Begins For The Top 25 Most Influential PPC Experts for 2014!

By Jamie Newton | @jnewton09 | Senior Communications Manager at Hanapin Marketing

Another year has gone and it’s time to compose the list of the Top 25 Most Influential PPC Experts for 2014. With your help, of course!

The PPC world is full of gurus blogging, tweeting, and speaking about tips, tricks, and strategies. But which are considered the “best of the best” – the experts you secretly stalk on Twitter for awe-inspiring PPC knowledge or attend conferences to see them speak or love reading their blog posts because you just know their going to blow your mind with eye-opening advice!

It’s easy to vote. Simply choose a PPC guru as your first choice, second choice, and third choice in the form below and/or write in the name of someone you think should be nominated for the list.

Once votes are cast and each person ranked, 25 nominees with the highest ranking (out of the 161 provided) will be named the Top 25 Most Influential PPC Experts!

We’ve also made a few small but important changes since last year:

  • As the proprietors of this fine establishment, no Hanapin Marketing PPC Heroes will be included on the list, no matter how eligible (this was true in past years, but it bears repeating).
  • We’ve tweaked our ranking formula to encompass a more impactful range of information, such as:

Twitter influence (# of followers)
Twitter Impact (retweets, mentions, engagement)
Publishing volume and regularity (blogs, articles, books, etc)
Speaking engagements
And, most importantly, the votes of you dear readers!

Who do you think is the most influential PPC expert? Whose blog do you love? Who’s on your must-follow Twitter list?

Vote in the below form by Noon EST on Tuesday, July 8th!
